In October 2026 I posted on LinkedIn about how I let AI draft follow‑up Slack messages and Notion social‑post drafts immediately after meetings, and I called out the industry’s lack of focus on process‑management AI, especially automated handoffs.

Companies are not investing enough AI build time in process management.

I decided to prioritize AI development effort on process‑management capabilities, especially automated handoffs, because better handoffs reduce manual transcription, speed delivery of follow‑up actions, and scale productivity gains across the organization.
