I stay as up to date as humanly possible in AI by using a four‑lens forecasting framework.

- Research lens – primary source: arXiv.
- Startups lens – primary sources: Y Combinator/Hacker News, Axios Pro Rata, The Information.
- Zeitgeist lens – primary sources: TikTok comments, my own inbox.
- Regulation lens – primary sources: Politico, Platform Economy Insights, anyone in DC.

I assume 40% of paying inactive subscribers disappear within 2 years.
