I presented CareerBridge as a response to job seekers manually scanning multiple boards and being unsure whether their resumes fit job requirements, as well as recruiters potentially missing qualified candidates because of poor ATS compatibility.
- I designed resume upload for PDF, DOCX, and TXT files; AI analyzes skills and experience, gives ATS compatibility scores for jobs, and identifies missing skills.
- I used FastAPI with SQLAlchemy ORM for the backend and Groq LLM for AI-powered insights.
I said the platform could save job seekers hours of manual searching and help them focus on roles where they have the highest chance of success; I also said ATS scoring can help improve resumes before applying. I shared the project at https://lnkd.in/dRS4xYcT and invited feedback. I reported no measured impact or evaluation results, and did not explain the job-board integration details, data freshness, or how ATS scores are calculated.
