# Inclusive Product Design

I used the Double Diamond to first explore the problem space.

I followed the sequence Problem → Evidence → Hypothesis → Opportunity → Solution.

One problem statement can hide several different problems.

I explored six problem hypotheses for Rapido bike‑sharing – physical proximity, privacy after the ride, safety at pickup/drop‑off, night‑time travel, helmet hygiene, and accessibility. From these I generated four idea categories: better privacy controls, safer pickup/drop‑off points, post‑ride safety check‑ins, and more inclusive ride preferences, while considering limited supply constraints.

Make Rapido more inclusive.
