After a male boss’s first daughter is born, the boss is 2.9 % more likely to hire qualified women.

Those women receive 4.4 % higher pay after the boss’s first daughter is born.

The shift occurs with no cost to firm performance.

If you don’t want to be raped, don’t go to a frat party.

Don’t. Rape. Women.

When men have daughters, they become more supportive of women.

It’s time to replace "As a father" with "As a human being".
