I share a LinkedIn search trick that lets me surface brand‑new job openings the same day they’re posted and see which employee posted them, giving me a direct outreach target.

LinkedIn allows you to add up to 52 companies.

Refresh and review every weekday to track new openings.

Search for “[Job Title] + Hiring” on LinkedIn.
